Payment Terms

Payment Policy

Adaptive US accepts PayPal and Credit cards as methods of payment. Accepted credit cards are American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and Diners Club.

All courses must be paid for prior to the start of the first class session unless prior arrangements have been made.

For incorrect purchases or requests to switch to a different product level (Self Learning to Guided Learning, Guided Learning to Master Classes etc.)/certification level (ECBA to CCBA, CCBA to CBAP etc.) from what was initially purchased, the following policy applies:

a. If the student wishes to switch to another product level/certification level that is priced higher than the initially purchased product, the upgrade policy will apply. Please refer to the detailed upgrade policy in the upgrade policy section.

b . If the student wishes to switch to another product level/certification level that is priced lower than the initially purchased product, the balance credit will be issued towards purchasing any other product from Adaptive. 

Refund requests will not be entertained under any circumstance.

Late Payment Charges

Any delays in payment beyond the agreed-upon milestones will be charged 0.1% of the contract value or a minimum of $10 ( whichever is higher) per day of delay.

Upgrade Policy

Upgrade from Self-learning product to Guided-learning product

If a student upgrades from self-learning to a guided-learning product for a particular certification:

Within 15 calendar days - The entire amount paid for the Self-learning shall be adjusted towards the Guided-learning product.

Within 15 - 90 calendar days - 50% of the amount paid for the Self-learning shall be adjusted towards the Guided-learning product.

Above 90 calendar days - 20% repeat customer discount will be applicable on the Guided-learning product

Upgrade from one level of Self-learning product to another level of Self-learning product/one level of Guided-learning product to another level of Guided-learning product

If a student upgrades from one level of Self-learning product to another level of Self-learning product/one level of Guided-learning product to another level of Guided-learning product:

Within 15 calendar days - The entire amount paid for one level of the Self-learning product shall be adjusted towards the other level of the Self-learning product/ The entire amount paid for one level of the Guided-learning product shall be adjusted towards the other level of the Guided-learning product.

Within 15 - 90 calendar days - 50% of the amount paid for one level of the Self-learning product shall be adjusted towards the other level of the Self-learning product/50% of the amount paid for one level of the Guided-learning product shall be adjusted towards the other level of the Guided-learning product.

Above 90 calendar days - 20% repeat customer discount will be applicable on the other level Self-learning product/Guided-learning product

Upgrade from Self-learning/Guided-learning product to Master Class

If a student upgrades from Self-learning/Guided-learning to Master Class for a particular certification:

Within 15 calendar days - The entire amount paid for the Self-learning/Guided-learning shall be adjusted towards the Master Class.

Within 15 - 90 calendar days - 50% of the amount paid for the Self-learning/Guided-learning shall be adjusted towards the Master Class.

Above 90 calendar days - 20% repeat customer discount will be applicable on the Master Class.

Upgrade from one level of Master Class to the next i.e. ECBA to CCBA / CCBA to CBAP

If a student decides to upgrade from one level of Master Class to the next:

Within 15 calendar days - The entire amount paid for the lower level Master Class shall be adjusted towards the higher level of Master Class.

Within 15 - 90 calendar days - 50% of the amount paid for the lower level Master Class shall be adjusted towards the higher level of Master Class.

Above 90 calendar days - 20% repeat customer discount will be applicable on the higher level Master Class.

For the above mentioned upgrade policy, the access period will be as follows for any upgrade:

Within 15 calendar days -There will not be any change in the initial access period end date (end date will remain the same).

Above 15 calendar days -The access period end date will be reset and modified to the upgraded product's end date.

Downgrade Policy

If a student decides to downgrade from a particular product level to another (Guided Learning to Self Learning, Master Classes to Guided Learning etc.) or from a higher certification level to a lower certification (CCBA to ECBA, CBAP to CCBA etc.), the following conditions apply:

• Downgrade must happen within 7 days of the purchase.
• Downgrade balance can be utilized towards purchasing another product from Adaptive US  - The difference in the amount of the two products can be utilized to purchase any other Adaptive product. Adaptive will provide a credit note which can be adjusted in the purchase of any other product from Adaptive US (admin fees will not be deducted in this).
• Refund requests will not be entertained under any circumstance.
   

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Training Cancellation by Adaptive US

In the last 3 years, Adaptive US has NOT canceled / re-scheduled even 1 training program. In extremely rare events (like floods, earthquakes, political instability, faculty ill-health, etc.), Adaptive US reserves the right to postpone/cancel a session. In case Adaptive US cancels a training program, a 100% program fee + $50 Run Guarantee Fee will be paid to the participant.

Training Cancellation by Student

Cancellation request - more than 15 days prior to class

If a student cancels a registration 15 days or more prior to a class, the following amount will be refunded back to the student.

Refund amount = Program Fee – Self-learning Product Fees for the respective course – $50 Administrative Fees - Payment gateway processing fees.

However for any exigencies, you may cancel the access to the product that you have purchased within 24 hours and utilize the credit (amount paid for the product to Adaptive) towards purchasing another product of your choice from Adaptive US within 1 year of purchase.

Cancellation request - less than 15 days prior to class

If a student cancels a registration less than 15 calendar days prior to a class, or once the classes have started no refund will be made.

Travel, logistics, or any personal expense incurred by learners/participants will not be refunded.

If a student cancels a registration after they have rescheduled a class, no refund will be made.

If you paid for your class with a check, and you choose to cancel, you must contact Adaptive US to receive any amount due.

Refunds are automatically processed on credit card transactions only.

Refunds will be made post adjustment of Payment gateway processing fees.

Failure to attend a traditional or virtual class without written notification by email (Info@AdaptiveUS.com) prior to the start date of the class is considered a ‘no show’ and will result in forfeiture of the entire class fee.

Digital Products (Self Learning and Guided Learning Products) - Non-Refundable

Cancellations/Refunds are not applicable to digital products. However for any exigencies, you may cancel the access to the product that you have purchased within 24 hours and utilize the credit (amount paid for the product to Adaptive) towards purchasing another product of your choice from Adaptive US within 1 year of purchase.

Inner Circle Subscription Cancellation

Students can cancel their Inner Circle subscription in their Thinkific Learning Portal by going to My Account>Billing>Subscriptions>Cancel

The subscription will then change to "Cancelled" and students will automatically lose access to the associated content at the end of their billing period.

Rescheduling

Rescheduling can be done for live instructor led classes for which the student has made the full payment and enrolled by paying $50 rescheduling fees for each reschedule based on seat availability.

Corporates/groups requesting reschedule to another date have to request minimum 15 days prior to the class start date. The rescheduling  fee of $50 will be applicable for each student. Requests for rescheduling can be sent to CS@AdaptiveUS.com

The rescheduling fee applies each time a reschedule occurs.

There will not be any change in the initial access period end date in the event of a reschedule (end date will remain the same).

Refunds: Duplicate payment

Refunds of the duplicate payment made by the delegate will be processed via the same source (original method of payment) in 10 working days post intimation by the customer.

Note: All refunds will be processed within 10 working days after the refund request is approved by Adaptive US.

A refund request can be initiated by sending an email to CS@AdaptiveUS.com

Refunds will be made post adjustment of Payment gateway processing fees.

Training Cancellation Policy for Corporates / Partner Delivered Courses / In-Person Training / Private Classes 

• Invoice has to be paid within 30 days post training.
• Cancellation of all or part of a training program (virtual or on-premise) must take place at least one month prior to the commencement of the training.
• A kill fee of 50% of the total quoted price will be due if cancellation occurs after this time.

• Any modifications to the agreed-upon training program must be approved in writing at least one month prior to the commencement of the training.
• Any expense incurred by Adaptive US for arranging the program such as venue, trainer(s) travel, transportation/airfare, hotel booking, visa etc. + $500 admin fees has to be borne by the corporate/partner.
  

Student Substitutions

Student substitutions can be made in writing at any time prior to the class start date without incurring any change fee.
